Job Objectives: 
  • Supervision de l’équipe logistique capitale Kinshasa
  • Supervision de la coordination logistique nationale (Katanga, Bandundu, Kasai Or, PO...)
  • Gestion du personnel logistique
  • Suivi et réévaluation constante des procédures de sécurité et de leur application
    • Qualifications: 
    Niveau d’études / diplôme spécifique / connaissances spécifiques souhaitées :
  • Une bonne formation logistique, une bonne capacité d’organisation, une bonne gestion de personnel et du bon sens.
  • Connaissance en sécurité.
  • Une bonne connaissance des domaines techniques de la logistique est indispensable pour une bonne gestion de certains domaines à problèmes; mécaniques, radio communication, système satellitaire etc.
  • Capacité d’étudier et mettre en place des solutions et systèmes qui marchent.
  • Capacité de suivre le travail des autres.
  • Expérience humanitaire nécessaire
  • Besoin d’une personne avec une solide expérience en logistique ; procédures particulièrement difficiles, grande étendue géographique, nombreux staffs et contexte nouvellement sorti de guerre, Situation volatile au niveau sécuritaire.
  • Capacité de négociation et sens de la diplomatie essentielle.
