Where We Work

Volunteer

For over 25 years, Action Against Hunger has succeeded in providing effective and efficient assistance to millions of people lacking the basics - food and clean water - through the voluntary efforts of thousands. This voluntary spirit is essential to keep overhead costs low and ensure that funds raised get to the people who need assistance. Because of this long-standing commitment, ACF ensures that 91 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to our programs in the field.

ACF Volunteers have long played a key part in our ongoing activities - from organizing events and holding fundraisers, to providing personal contacts and securing crucial pro bono services for ACF, supporting administrative activities in our headquarters and assisting with public outreach, media solicitation, and campaign work.
